Designed, prototyped and developed templates for variable email content and landing pages to deliver unique content to segmented visitors based on defined rules, variables and filters.

Lead Nurturing

Developed campaigns with behavioral triggers to create and nurture audience engagement based on an action, event or lack of. Created a lead and behavioral score system for positive and negative actions based on internal goals, allowing for better insight and metrics of the audience and performance of individual campaigns.
Established set triggers to deliver emails to stakeholders and the sales team based on decided upon variables requested to trigger the event. Some common triggers established were a customer website visits, form fills and a emails generated to the customer when specific actions were taken such as submitting a form.

Viasat PURL Automation

In this example, the customer would receive a direct mail post card with a unique url to a landing page with plan and dealer information. Any activity from that customer on the website would trigger an email to the sales team and the dealer informing them that "John Doe" visited their website or filled out a form. Once their engagement began, different automations would take place based on their action or lack of action.

Boral Steel Omni-Channel Automation Campaigns

Developed omni-channel automation campaigns for Boral Steel to engage with their customers on several channels, all while integrating with the automation platform. Creating PURLS for their targeted lists allowed for individual customer tracking of events.

Audiences were targeted through IP targeted digital banner ads and direct mail postcards both linked to a unique url tied to each individual. Any conversion on the banner ads or direct visit to the landing page from the direct mail would trigger lead alert emails and generate behavioral scores for that customer and the campaign automation would now be engaged and ready to interact based upon their continue interaction or lack of.
